Yes: Unless your grandma has intolerance to or liver problem tylenol (acetaminophen) should be ok. Ask your doctor to make sure this is not front the Lisinopril as this medicine can cause chronic cough in some people.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe: Tylenol (acetaminophen) will not help the cough. In patients on an ace inhibitor like lisinopril, having a cough that is a persistent, nagging, and non productive, may represent a side effect of the ace inhibitor. Please contact your doctor.
