Acid reflux: Having heartburn long time can affect your food pipe and stomach. Its important to improve dietary habits to improve heartburn. Use of caffeine, acidic foods (onions, tomatoes, peppermint, citrus fruits), anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen, fried foods, large portion meals, late evening meals are all not good and can cause or worsen heartburn leading to ulcers in stomach.
