RELAX: If it is not tender, not draining pus & blood, forget it. If it has any of these a surgeon can easily cure it.

Its a possibility: Dear THyunh, the location you describe makes a pilonidal cyst (PC) a possibility however, other more superficial reasons can give you a bump in that area too, like a simple sebaceous cyst among others. If it is a PC, know that it is not deadly especially at this early stage. You don't describe if it hurts or not or if you have seen discharge. More questions and exam or pictures would help.
