Sleep requirement: hello ~ everyone has different requirement and so needs are very specific. Average is 6-8hours but some people cope with 4 hours a day and less. If you need sleep and are tired during the week, go to bed early during the week and sleep in on the weekends. Remember that sleep apnea causes daytime somnolence so if you are obese have a sleep study done ! thanks
