Good for most unless: Vitamin K2 help prevent and reverse atherosclerosis and osteoporosis and also reduces risk of certain cancers. Thus it may be beneficial to just about everybody unless they are on the drug coumadin (warfarin), (warfarin) as it can interfere with it. But even those on coumadin (warfarin) may benefit from small amounts of K2! See http://tinyurl.com/pyf6wbv http://vitamink2.org/benefits/introduction/ and http://tinyurl.com/hw6e2uu
