None: As long as you do not get an excessive number of X-rays , there are none

None in: most cases. During pregnancy, particularly very early pregnancy, direct radiation to the pelvis could theoretically harm the fetus. X-rays have a minimal theoretical increase in lifetime cancer risk, which is cumulative.
