What are the complications of bone tumors?

Depends on type: Bone tumors for the most part fall into primary and metastatic lesions. For the metastatic lesions of lung prognosis is poor. For breast Ca there are long term survivals. Of the primary lesions there are benign and malignant lesions. The benign like enchondromas grow slowly and may have some pain. The malignant lesions such as osteo and chondrosarcomas can destroy the bone and metastasize .

Pain, bone deformity,: Fractures due to bone destruction or replacement(pathologic fracture), and, if malignant, invasion of adjacent structures and metastatic disease to distant sites. There are many different types of benign and malignant bone tumors, and the clinical course depends on what kind of tumor it is.
