What are the treatments for bone tumors?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Resection: The 3 most common bone tumors are osteogenic sarcoma, chondrosarcoma and Ewings Sarcoma. Each should be removed if possible by surgery followed by RT chemo or cryosurgery to site of curetted lesion. At times bone resection and replacement such as total femur replacement has been employed.
