Acute HIV.: There is such a thing as "acute retroviral syndrome", wherein symptoms of a flu-like illness along with diffuse lymph node enlargements can occur during the first week after contact. But symptoms of that generally last more than just one day. If there's a concerning sexual contact, though, get to a doctor right away for acute HIV testing.
