HMMMM?: Tough to say. See your Doctor as it could be a simple "heat rash" reaction from the hot water, or maybe a change in soap/shampoo is causing your reaction to occur. See your Doctor and s/he can take a good history and physical examination to determine what is the most likely cause and then discuss the best treatment options with you. Best wishes.
