Brain bleeds: create pain in two ways: With aneurysms there can be pain with expansion and then rupture. ( producing a maximum of just 2 terrible headaches ) With cerebral hemorrhage and sub-dural hemorrhage traction on pain sensitive structures produces persistent pain. More than likely your headaches ( frequent and brief ) are due to something other than a bleed.
