Consider other cause: lymph notes become tender and swollen whenever that area of the body becomes inflamed. It is unlikely that allergy could cause this unless you have open sores or inflammation on your legs or genital area. it would be advisable for you to have this checked out if it has continued for this long. To make sure you don't have a hidden infection
