Spasm: This irritability of a superficial nerve in the face may be due to deficiencies of calcium, magnesium or may be seen with caffeine intake. It'll probably subside on its own. Avoid caffeine and you could try taking some magnesium oxide(400 mgs). If symptoms persist or other muscle irritability occurs, see your physician or a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.
