I've had neck pain for 2 weeks now. when i try to tilt my head back there is a sharp pain down my back muscles. is there a stretch to loosen this?

Not normal: You should see your doctor about this. The symptoms of sharp pain when tilting your head back is worrisome for some type of nerve entrapment or infection. If you are having fever, numbness, or headache, please seek urgent medical attention. Otherwise, please see your primary care doctor as soon as possible.
