Vomiting/dehydration: One month olds are very fragile. The key to treatment of vomiting is to keep the infant hydrated. I don't know what your kid weighs but the amount of fluid intake is usually given as 100 cc/kg/day for 1st 10 kg. Pedialyte is a mixture of water, sugar, and salts and thus is better than just water alone. Check wt on accurate scale daily until over.
