My mother have face paralysis 4 days ago, and not able to close eye properly, half of eyelid remain open. what will be best treatment for it?

She has what: sounds like Bells Palsy. She needs prednisone and eye ointment to keep her open eye moist. She needs to see a Dr and get this medication. It will get better w/treatment within next 2 weeks.. This syndrome is a paralysis of the facial nerve
