My son, 7yrs diagnosed vitiligo .confused with pityriasisvalb.last visit they said a dry skin due to lack of sunlight.but now they said it different.

Straight forward: Vitiligo is a skin condition characterized by loss of pigment making capability of skin cells. This occurs in sun exposed areas to a greater degree than others, but can occur inside the mouth in some people. It usually starts in younger people.
