Often not tested: Very often this isn't included on tests. Somebody who's going to abuse opiates is going to use something else. I am glad you are using this responsibly; you're doing yourself a big favor.

Explanation: These panels focus upon both the chemical and metabolites, and your tramadol may have shown up as a different chemical description. On occasion, in my experience, the test may overlook low levels of drug in urine, rare, but it happens. One concern, do you and your doctor have good communication?
