I found valium perscription expired 5 years ago. i'm unable to walk bc of muscle spasms in my back. is the valium safe to take?

Not clear: The Valium may be "safe" but may not truly be effective at this point. A lot better to update prescription and get fresh medication. Better yet, have your physician check out why you are suffering the "spasms".
