when i fully exhale the very last bit of breath sounds wheezy and i feel the urge to cough. normal breathing ok?

No: Since asthmatic wheezing is the air getting caught in the airways at the end of expiration, it sounds as you are having air trapping in the bronchioles. See your doctor, to do an exam, pulmonary function testing and possb=ibly treat.
