Inflammation: or irritation which may be from several causes, the two most common reasons would be elevated cholesterol/triglycerides and alcohol abuse. If you consume alcohol, stop for 1 month and repeat exam. I also suggest fasting blood tests for cholesterol, triglycerides and hepatitis.
