A member asked:

If you have a bacteria that has become resistant to all antibiotics can your immune system still kill it on its own or is that unlikely to happen?

No such thing: as bacteria resistent to all antibiotics, either it is a super bug, rare, or there is a problem with the immune system. Most of the time it is rather insufficient dosing/duration that fails to eradicate the infection, given the right choice of antibiotic(s), or, rarely, the immune system needs a boost. your best bet is to see an infectious diseases specialist and/or an allergist/immunologist
