Is it musculoskeletal problem if i've left chest pain that's quite localised n when i press on the last right ribs it's like bruise.had been coughing.

Mgt: You may have strained musculature due to the cough. If the cough is resolved and the pain persists or is associated with other symptoms, I would recommend a chest radiograph and PCP visit. In the meantime, please apply a heating pad to the area.
