Smoking Cessation: Good day; Could there not be a more appropriate time to quit! There are medications, gums and even patches to assist you in quitting this habit. I find behavioral support centers at teaching hospitals very helpful in keeping you "a non Smoker." Mix nicotine gum with regular gum to improve taste. Prepare for your cravings with healthy snacks like grapes. Your going to save money! Good luck!!
