A cramping style..: Cramping can occur for many reasons. If the cramping is occurring in your big toe only, and no where else, then the problem is probably isolated to the big toe. The muscles that control the toe being the main culprit. This is more than likely a mechanical issue, but to remove all doubt, have your toe evaluated by a foot specialist.
