Fertility: Arcuate uterus is a uterine variant in which the top uterus has a concave shape or dip. The uterine variant is not an issue usually. PCOS often times causes issues with fertility due to infrequent ovulation. Treatment with fertility drugs are often needed. Endometriosis may be an issue but may not with fertility. Some women require surgical evaluation and treatment, but typically later. DrG
