Yes: Dear SerenaL, yes, people can develop arrhythmia a without an apparent reason and being sudden actually its hallmark. It seems you have heart awareness, have you had an ECG? Also, could it have been the infection rather than the antibiotic what cause this change in you? You might want to have somebody examine your pulse rhythm and your heart sounds. Good luck
