Many causes: There is an enormous list of possibilities as to what could cause this. Some of these things are totally harmless and other things are more serious. Your best bet is to see either a primary care physician or a neurologist to explore the possibility of work up and then treatment if necessary. Good luck!

Several things: Ultimately it is your nerves. But you can have it due to several causes. Amongst those many are: hyperventilation syndrome (where you are breathing fast amd lower your CO2 in your blood), various neurological syndromes. You should see a good neurologist.
