Of course, your body is a amazingly resilient evolved machine that has learned to maintain your internal temperatures at about 98.6 degrees to optimize body functions. Complex processes work together to maintain this when you are exposed to cold temperatures. Consider having your thyroid checked. Or it could be good fitness: more muscle mass raises metabolic rate!
