Had a fever & body aches last week, now have some phlegm & a slight cough as well as some slight diarrhea.... can a cold virus cause diarrhea? is my body still getting rid of the cold germs?

Could be cold or flu or Covid. It is not feasible to know without testing. If is any one of these, you are likely on your way to recovery. You may take Pepto Bismol or Imodium for diarrhea. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
