Cyst or abscess: correct. don't pick it or break it. without seeing it would be difficult to diagnose. it could be a cyst or a pus collection called an abscess. important questions to know would be is it draining, is it red, warm and painful? is it hard and not moveable? please go get it evaluated in person.
