Varies: 1-2 months for all extraneous hormones to dissipate, sometimes longer. Get pregnant is never a given. Do not try too hard. Give yourself a few days between intercourse to let your sperm build up. Prolonged (15-20 minute ) foreplay will stimulated sexual secretions which will mobilize sperm. Use a position with the lady on the bottom. 2 pillows under hips and her legs on your shoulders- for 5 min.
