Virus or Sinusitis: You have a virus or sinus infection. If your symptoms just started, you don't have any significant fever (less than 100 degrees fahrenheit ) and tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin makes your feel better, you might want to wait it out. If your symptoms worse, or you have fever, see your doctor. The ear pain could be an ear infection from the sinus problem, or just swelling. You have to see your doctor to find out.
