For functional medicine commercial nutrient/metabolite panels, are blood-based tests more accurate than urine ones? just want to be sure before shelling out $1000 for one of these tests.

Wow: I think I should have gone in to this business. I also think this is a waste of money, but that is my opinion.

See if FDA approved.: Nutritional panels vary from very common well-characterized, high quality tests to quite dubious ones. Urine is pretty much worthless since it is what is NOT in the body. physician ordered and interpreted is a good idea.
