Several factors: Determine how long heroin is detectable in the user's system. 1) height & weight : the smaller the person, the person, the longer it remains. 2) duration of use & amount consumed; the longer the use & higher the dose, the longer it remains. 3) how efficiently the user's body metabolizes toxins. Heroin: Why do you need to know this? I assume you or someone you know is trying to pass a blood test while at the same time being an abuser? I would suggest consideration on seeing someone who can help with the discontinuation the use of Heroin.
