Tricky: there are several possibilities, I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, the location and movement of a pain gives clues as to what is going on and in this case the wrist area (CARPAL TUNNEL) is a common cause of this. Wrist braces, modification of activity, all the mouse and computer rest stuff, and finally surgery are often recommended.
