Technically: but wow, would that be UNLIKELY. First, the virus amounts drop fast after the sore opens and by almost gone there is almost no virus. Second, you have some immunity to that virus which is why it lasted 4 to 5 and not many of them, spreading, lasting 2-3 times longer. So, there is strong resistance to getting it elsewhere. Happens, but with fresh virus and DIRECTLY rubbing the virus into new spot.
