Eat less salty foods: I don't think the hot pocket caused your BP to change that significantly in such a short period of time. There are many normal physiologic events that can raise BP transiently during the day (emotions, activity, body position, etc). Also, poor technique at measuring BP could give a wrongly elevated reading. Processed foods like hot pockets though are loaded in sodium and may affect BP over time.
