I won't expect a major problem because both medications are almost at max doses so they won't change much your heart rate (HR) or blood pressure (BP). For your safety, do not get out the house in the next 24 hours. If you have symptoms of low BP +/- low HR, stay in bed and monitor HR + BP. If HR is above 50, you are safe; call 911 if HR less than 40. If BP less than 90/50, drink chicken broth.
