: Your systolic BP is not that high 140 is upper limits of normal 147 is not that much higher. When the systolic in not significantly elevated as in your case ) we are less concerned about the diastolic. Moreover BP varies all through the days. Would relax listen to relaxing music and take it again in 2 hours.
