Just took my lisinopril 2 hours early because my head hurts and my bp is 147/106. what else can i do to lower it? thanks?

Your systolic BP is not that high 140 is upper limits of normal 147 is not that much higher. When the systolic in not significantly elevated as in your case ) we are less concerned about the diastolic. Moreover BP varies all through the days. Would relax listen to relaxing music and take it again in 2 hours.
