A need to see...: Usually, only the most obvious dermatological conditions can be handled without actually being seen. I'm thinking that this is one of them. More historical information is needed, such as location, when it started, is it spreading, is redness associated with it and what treatments have you tried already ? Best answer !! Athletes foot. Try an over the counter anti fungal medication first.
