I have celluitis in my left buttock and im on antibiotics. im in pain still and the area is draining. does the area still need to be cut to get it all?

Maybe: If you're lucky, it may empty out on its own and heal. Oftentimes though the opening is too small and needs to be enlarged to let all of the nasty stuff out. It will not get better until it's all cleaned out. See a doctor if it won't drain completely. Good luck!
