I was diagnosed with cellulitis of the left arm on november 6, 2022, i took antibiotics for 7 days and steroid cream for 14 days but my arm is turning purple in the area the infection was in, what should i do?

Stop using steroid cream. Contact the doctor who prescribed antibiotics. If you are not able to see your doctor, go to the ER of the nearest hospital, as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you.
