Cellulitis: You probably have a resistant bacterial infection. Make sure you have an infectious disease specialist on your case and ask questions so you understand what is going on and what the plans and prognosis is for your condition.

Cellulitis: Yes you should be concerned. At this point i would question the diagnosis of bacterial cellulitus. You may benefit from a visit to a dermatologist. There are too many other conditions to list here that can present like bacterial cellulitis.
