Does changing eyeglasses prescription, tinting and uv cut help with minears disease.

Probably not: Meniere's is an inner ear problem and not due to any dysfunction of the eye. The triggers are unknown but do not appear to be visual. I assume you have consulted with an otolaryngologist or better yet a neuro-otologist if there is one in your area.

No, Menieres disease: is a problem with the inner ear. Changing glasses would not affect it. Have you seen an ENT Dr? Hope this helps!
