No: If your glasses prescription changed & you don't update, or if you are wearing glasses with the wrong prescription, thea two won't adversely affect your eye health, but your vision will not be optimally in focus. Some people feel eye strain if their glasses are incorrect. A resolution would be to have yor eye md refract your eyes for the correct prescription.
