A member asked:

Axis values on my prescription glasses 2 years ago were r:20 l:160. new glasses made recently have r:110 l:60. is such a strong change possible, or could one of the two be incorrect? how is it possible that i can still see well with both glasses?

Optometrist: It may help to talk to your optometrist who may be able to resolve the matter. If your vision is okay, it may not be worth worrying about. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Wish you good health!
