Look at hair product: One possible trigger is the methyl paraben additive that some hair products have as a stabilizer. Sometimes this additive is associated with acne breakouts. Since the suds/debris drains down your shoulders and back, local contact reaction may be an issue. If you are using one with the additive, try finding one without.
