These can be helped by: • Believing and Focusing on “ Breath is Life” • Visual Imagery of National Parks • Becoming Captain over unwanted thoughts, NOT Victim • Therapy for Stresses of life • Medication if needed • Yoga

Unwanted thoughts...: are not uncommon. We all have ongoing inner dialogue; Stress, beliefs about yourself/world, or triggers related to negative life events may increase power of certain thoughts. I like that you seem able to recognize these thoughts. Training in meditation or cognitive behavioral methods may help manage unwanted thoughts.
