Unwanted thoughts: I understand your distress. It is likely that some experiences may have caused intense emotional turmoil and guilt and angry feelings which at times cause unwanted thoughts. These can be helped by: • Believing and Focusing on “ Breath is Life” • Visual Imagery of National Parks • Becoming Captain over unwanted thoughts, NOT Victim • Therapy for Stresses of life • Medication if needed • Yoga

Unwanted thoughts...: are not uncommon. We all have ongoing inner dialogue; Stress, beliefs about yourself/world, or triggers related to negative life events may increase power of certain thoughts.
