Ocd : Ocd appears to be located in an area of the brain in the front and near the eyes. They dont function properly. The thalamus another part of the brain is responsble in keeping balance in the frontal orbital the frontal orbital lobe is involved in the cognitive processing of decision-making. When the circuit from the thalamus is impaired it cannot slow down the quatity of thoughts karch et al 2011.
